Hi, With the last update that I did a couple of days ago, no subtitles show, in any of the movies or TV shows that worked previously. I tried to update the TV, reinstall the emby app on TV, and update the server (it's running on a raspberry pi), nothing worked. 1. Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote. Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu. 2. Select [General] and then [Accessibility]. 3. Select [Closed Caption]. 4. Set [Closed Caption] to On. Captioning in [2019 webOS4.5] 1 Press and hold the Input button on the TV remote to open the input menu. 2 Select the USB input. 3 Select [Eject] from the dropdown menu to safely remove the USB device. Note. Removing the USB device without using the eject option or before the eject process is complete can cause problems with the USB device. * Required question. Plex stopped fetching subtitles. I've been using Plex with UnRAID for over a year now. Some days ago I noticed that after Plex fetched meta data for a recently added movie it didn't include any subtitles (I have it set to grab English and Swedish). At first I thought it was a onetime thing but three added movies later as well as a couple of TV Use the down arrow on your remote to scroll down to All Settings. When the All Settings screen opens, select Accessibility. Scroll down the Accessibility Menu and select Audio Guidance. Toggle the Client: TV app on an LG C1 In the process of building my animated series collection, I though the worst was over after having dealt with TVDBs butchery of segmented cartoons, but alas. One of the series is an anime and thus has .ass subtitles. Plex will transcode those as TVs generally don't support them. .
